Our mission is to help people connect to God and each other and then change the world one person at a time. We have a mission field right in our own backyard. Therefore we like to find ways to minister to our neighbors.

Habitat For Humanity In Franklin, TN

The Gathering is regularly involved in building a home for Habitat Humanity in Franklin, TN. We have helped build two homes and completed the final home in Beasley Subdivision ,which was the first 2-story home Habitat Humanity has built. We make it known to The Gathering the dates in advance so you can sign up to be on our team.

Habitrot 5-K Run

A 5k run that takes place on Thanksgiving morning and all the proceeds go directly to Habitat for Humanity in Franklin, Tn.

Mercy Movie Night: A Summer Family Event

The Gathering sponsors an annual Movie Night for Mercy Ministries with a family-friendly evening and a movie on the grounds! This fundraising event is a great time to bring families to enjoy inflatables, popcorn, snow cones and a tour of Mercy to raise money and awareness to benefit the Nashville Home. All donations raised from this event go directly to support Mercy Ministries!

Change 4 Change

Change 4 Change service project was implemented by the children of Kids Gathering. Our Kids choose a non-profit organization that aids children and families, and support them through monetary donations with the change that they collect. Read more here.

Gathering 4 Soldiers

A team from The Gathering sends packages of encouragement twice a year to our soldiers serving our country. The two specific times to send these packed-full boxes are July 4 and Thanksgiving. We feel this is a small token to thank and encourage them while they are away from their families during these two times when we celebrate freedom and family.  In early 2011 we received a letter from one of the units that received gift boxes.
