Chess Squares

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes

• 1 package butter cake mix
• 1 stick butter softened
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 1 box (1 lb.) confectioner’s sugar
• 3 eggs slightly beaten
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 egg

Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg and pat into 9″ x 13″ pan.

Mix sugar,  3 eggs and cream cheese and pour on the crust mixture.  Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
